AOC 23” 1080p LED Monitor
I never really noticed this much detail.
These little tiny armies are actually moving around and stuff.
Man, I never noticed all the details until I got this AOC 23” 1080p LED Monitor. The little infantrymen’s legs move, the wheels on the tanks turn, and I can even see little afterburners on the jets! Man, Civilization V is a whole lot more interesting when you can actually see what’s going on.
The 50,000,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio makes for great depth, and the LED-backlit display saves up to 50% of the energy compared to a traditional 4 CCFL screen. And hey! It’s wall-mountable! Allegedly. I mean, it’s wall-mountable according to the box, but according to the reviews online, maybe not so much. Doesn’t matter for me, since I’m keeping it on the desk, but it’s always nice to have a surprise to look forward to. Man, I can’t get over how great the game looks on this screen!
Doesn’t change the fact that Hiawatha is mopping the floor with me, but at least I can see it all in detail!
