Welcome to Holiday. It’s a magical time when you can find great gifts and super savings and other things of an alliterative nature. To celebrate, we’re launching a special Holiday Return Policy, and we hope you like it.
So what’s the deal?
Items purchased from Woot between November 15, 2016 and December 31, 2016 may be returned by contacting Woot customer service by January 31, 2017 for a FULL REFUND. There are some restrictions, which are outlined below.
Who pays for the return shipping?
If your return is a result of our error, we’ll pay. If it’s anything that you’d wear (e.g., clothing, shoes, and jewelry), or luggage, we’ll pay.
If you just don’t want it and it’s something that is not one of the products listed above, we’ll deduct the prepaid cost of return shipping from the refund. For a heavy or bulky item that was delivered by a specialty carrier (e.g., ABF), if the return is not a result of our error, there is a flat $50 return shipping fee.
NOTE: Be sure items are in their original condition and packaging to avoid additional restocking fees. If the returned product is found NOT to be in its original condition or packaging, Woot reserves the right to impose a restocking fee, which is usually in the range of 15% to 50% of the product sales price.

Okay, so what are the exceptions?
Amazon devices: Kindle e-readers, Fire tablets, Amazon Fire TV devices, Amazon Echo, and Amazon Tap devices and their accompanying Amazon-branded accessories purchased from Woot can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment as long as they are in the same original and unopened condition.
Computers: Desktops, laptops or tablets (excluding Kindle E-readers and Fires) purchased from Woot that didn't start when they arrived, arrived in damaged condition, or is still in an unopened box can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Woot may test computers that are returned because they didn't start when they arrived and impose a customer fee equal to 15 percent of the product sales price if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product. Any returned desktop, laptop or tablet that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering may result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the product (minimum of 15 percent of the product sales price).
Collectibles and fine art: Items with a value more than $500 must be insured during return shipping. All product packaging (boxes, manuals, warranty cards, etc.) and certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the item. Any items returned without original documentation will be rejected. Any items that have been damaged, or otherwise altered after delivery, won't be accepted for return. Before shipping a return, photograph the item for your records.
Hazardous materials: Hazardous materials (except any item containing a lithium battery), including flammable liquids or gases, are not returnable to Woot and are not refundable unless the item arrived in damaged or defective condition. Items that use fuel (e.g. lawn mowers, grills) are not returnable to Woot. Please contact the warranty provider to repair or replace as needed. For returns for items containing a lithium-ion battery, please use labeling here.
Jewelry and watches: All product packaging (boxes, manuals, warranty cards, etc.) and certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the item. Any items returned without original documentation will be rejected. Items that have been resized, damaged or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return.
Wine and food: Wine and food is not returnable to Woot, but may be refundable or replaceable based on customer issues and availability.
Health and personal care: Some health and personal care items are not returnable to Woot due to hazardous materials shipping restrictions and are not refundable unless the item arrived in damaged or defective condition.
Televisions: Returns for televisions should be in original and unopened condition.
Shirt.Woot random packs: As noted on the Random Shirt sale, you may get duplicate designs if you order more than one of the same size. For this reason, returns are not accepted for duplicate designs.
BOCs: Sorry, no returns. Once you hit that buy button, you're stuck with it. We don't want it.
