We Hold These Features To Be Self-Evident
You gonna let the King of England tell you what laptop to buy?
Make no mistake: we'd love to be able to force you to buy this laptop. If we had our way, we'd march our Redcoats right up your front walk and compel you, at the point of a bayonet, to click I WANT ONE.
It would be for your own good anyway. You'd certainly get a lot of enjoyment out of its 17.3" HD+ BrightView screen and its 500GB hard drive. Whether you realize it or not, you need a USB 3.0 connection and 802.11n wireless. You'd even learn to love Windows 8. Since we know better, why shouldn't we be able to impose this improvement on your life?
And why shouldn't we be able to keep you from making the terrible mistake of purchasing an inferior, more expensive laptop somewhere else - again, for your own good?
Alas, we can't. Nobody can, not even King George III. That was all settled 230 years ago. So enjoy this 4th of July however you wish, whether it includes buying this HP Pavilion laptop or not.
(It really will be more fun if you do, though. Seriously.)
