Infrared is just heat with a different name. Well, unless you're being SCIENTIFIC about it or something.
What do you call two different plants that grow green blades on your front lawn? Grass. You call them grass. And yes, they might be two entirely different types of plant, but who cares unless you're a plant specialist? Not you! And why? Because you just want grass on your lawn. Not "Setaria verticillata" or whatever. Guess what? Heat works the same way. And this grill offers heat. Who cares about the why and how?
