For instance the full retail version of this may include extra adapters for the ear or multiple other accessories.
To the best of my knowledge this sale is only including the bluetooth headset and charger. Basically the bare essential items you need.
Same thing with pretty much everything you buy labeled OEM. Its new, but not with extras.
A good example of this would be with computer processors. If you buy a retail version of a processor you usually get the heatsink fan combo with the full box and manual and everything.
When you buy a OEM Processor, you get a bare processor in minimal packaging.
Once again both examples are a new item, but you need to determine if the extra accessories are going to be needed for your case.
This deal actually includes all the accessories included in the retail version -- extra ear loops and buds, etc. Read through the main page. Although there are exceptions (such as computer processors), OEM usually just refers to the way the product is packaged, not what it comes with.
From the main page:
In the box:
* Jawbone 2 Bluetooth Headset
* A/C POwer Adapter
* 41” A/C Power Cord
* Small Earbud Adapter
* Large Earbud Adapter
* Large Leather Earloop
* Medium Earloop
* Large Earloop
* User’s Guide

Not a bad headset, however it is cheaper now because jawbone has released the next model, the prime. The new one has secondary voice detection (in case it comes off your cheek) and also a wind filter. So I'm holding out for the new one.
