I have actually played with these balls. They have good distance and control. They have a very tough, but soft cover also. I bought a case of them for an out of town golf tournament and they were a hit with ny buddies. They didn't like getting beat by my schweitzer balls.

I used to get schwetty balls every time I drove my old Porsche for more than 200 miles (~80 min.). Can't tell if it was the car, or the threat of a police barricade.
