Since getting a Bunnies Ogling Carrots is a game of chance anyway they might as well make it official and just do a lottery. Anyone who wants one can request a number, draw numbers, those people get to order. No server issues and we can hate fate instead of them for a change.

They won't do a lottery, people will take a number and never look at woot again.
