I ordered the Lenovo Thinkpad on 04/13, I know it takes a few days for processing. So it shipped on the 16th, today is the 30th. called FedEx they say they scanned it to the USPS on the 19th into a bin...USPS says they never received it in the bin. Got a number for Smartpost and they said call Woot. So I e-mailed woot and of course no number. $500+ later on my credit card and no computer. WOOT help me!!! I've e-mailed and am really hoping for some resolve VERY quickly.
