So is this an issue? I bought a computer the other day and my card has been charged for the item, yet the item does not show under my account.

What gives? Your what is woot section states a email will be sent out when the item ships. Since you charged my credit card already I assume you shipped the item but yet have not gotten the email that its shipped.

Help???

You'll have MUCH better luck sending email to service@woot.com, but you don't even say *which* woot site. If it was sellout, then it will be under your account over on sellout. In addition, it can take up to five *business* days for that shipping notice to be sent to you. Shipping's a lot quicker lately than it used to be, so you're lucky in that respect.

I am such a padawan didn't even realize the sites were different. And yes it was on sellout. thanks for setting me straight.
