1) Glad I'm not the only one unhappy about this. I ordered two expecting two bundles = four pieces (Yes, Woot!, I did the math). My box arrived yesterday with two pieces, or one bundle. I feel Woot! cheated me out of a bundle.

2) Rox' hit it on the head. How can I trust them with a purchase of considerable value when I can't trust them to honor their own committment at the $5 level.

3) Thanks everybody for sharing their own expectations. I was feeling like the lone ranger there for a while...

If you're feeling a bit cheated on your order, please email service@woot.com. They may have a couple of options to address the issue, though I can't guarantee there will be stock to "replace" the doubled-up orders.

I got this during the Feb 1, 2007 woot-off. The description included this line:

(This bundle includes two Animation Stations; do the math for your family size and purchase accordingly, or risk months of inter-sibling squabbles.)

I received my package, and it only contained one Animation Station. Can anyone enlighten me?!? I was planning on giving one to my nephew tomorrow for his birthday, and keep the other for my kids, and now I only have one

Man, that's so cool! That whole "customer service is for wussies" mentality at Woot. So anti-establishment! I mean, who else would advertise a product as a two-for-one, get those orders and then ship them just one? Top that off with a "tough cookies" or better yet, tell people to pay to ship them back. I can't possibly see a down-side to an approach like that. That's how you build yourself a new facility. Long-term thinking.

The RMA folks may be handling it then, if so, my mistake. But I believe the plan of action is to send out extras if possible or offer a half refund otherwise.

Thanks for keeping us in the loop somewhat on this. I for one am disappointed, but won't let this affect my wooting in the future. My first ever woot was a 200 dollar gigabeat - and it got here in three days, and is amazing. I still trust woot.

I've been waiting on mine since the woot-off, I have a confirmation number with FedEX, dated 2/2/07...it's 2/12/07 and nothing has changed. I'm really feeling the love!

I've written to woot.

Thank God it's not a big ticket item...I think I know what to expect from them now.

If you're concerned, make sure to email customer service. They have responded to me and have resolved the matter, in my opinion, satisfactorily. Great service, woot. You've earned my trust, for sure!

i ordered 3 and got 3 because i expected 3 since it says "1 Digital Blue PC Animation Station" in the simple description.

It seems the big descriptions are the same ones they use when they sell the product normally.. like when it was a 2 pack on a tuesday.

That said, I could use 3 more =P

I sent word to Woot! at the customer service address and they replied the same day about sending two more. The shipment arrived today with the other two units. They were very polite and professional about the whole thing.

I need to email CS as well; my other 2 Woots! from the Wootoff! have been received already, and I have nothing in my account for this Woot!; no shipping info, just a receipt.

Don't give up on Customer Service! I had ordered the Poizin Wine from WootWine without any problems, but in the Wootoff!, NJ wasn't on the list. I emailed them with an alternate NY shipping address, which they took care of immediately. And that correspondence took place during the Wootoff! I just received my wine; we'll see how it goes with this one...

I odered one set, thinking I would get two as the promo stated. Got one. But instead of bad mouthing Woot, I e-mailed them, politely asking for help as I intended to give one to each of my two sets of grandkids. A few minutes ago, Fed Ex dropped of a second set to me, compliments of Woot.
I also got my Bunch of Cauliflower without anything spectacular. But I sure as heck got eight bucks worth of fun out of it.
