True, except to the best of my knowledge, Woot refurbs are not refurbished by Apple. They certainly do not have the same warranty (90 days vs 1 year)

I want one, since the price of the iPhone is too high for my tastes and I'm never going on a contract again (Virgin Mobile, baby!). But money's tight so even $215 (which is the best price I've seen for these) is too much.
