I go to Title Boxing Club 6 times a week for their 1 hour intensive aerobic boxing class. It is easily the most fun I have ever had exercising, and the best part is it is working...I have lost 40 lbs so far!

I train in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu 2-4 days a week, depending on my schedule and injuries.

I went from P90X every day last summer to not at all this winter and summer. DEPRESSING!

I also have a dance pad for the Wii, but don't have any games. It's universal, so it goes with the PS2 that's not hooked up to anything.
