As an EMT, we have these on every ambulance... but I was always told they were very expensive (probably because people loose them often, just like the radios... which are thousands individually) Wonder how these differ from those used in the medical field.

BIG note! This does NOT measure Oxygen in the blood!!! It measures GAS profusion levels (Gas bound to red blood cells)...

Carbon Monoxide WILL show up on this! So even if it says 100%, you may not be at 100% blood oxygen levels (if you have CO poisoning)...

I got one last Woot-off and really like mine. I took it in and verified it with the one the doctor's office uses... very accurate and much less expensive.
