I'd like to retract this statement, if the woot! gods would so allow. In my anger and frustration, I became belligerent, however I have now seen that woot! did indeed honor it's birthday. Patience is a virtue, one that I have now hopefully learned. Thank you woot for giving that to me.

After a long recovery from that birthday bash, I have returned. Can't wait for my Brigade of Campers and cake. Thanks again woot! for being a friend, mentor, teacher, and salvager of my sanity.

I received my Dyson DC35 in good order. It works well and as expected. However, mine was not the greatest looking unit. The long tube was very scratched up as well as the bottom of the main unit. It does not affect the operation but it looks well used as a result.

I received mine, but it has very little suction. My 15 year old Dustbuster has more suction. A $200.00 Dustbuster????

Dyson told me that the warranty on a refurb only covers replacement parts and that if I told them what part I needed, they would replace it. Since the failure isn't obvious, I don't know what part to replace.

She told me to send it in and the would determine the problem and replace the part.

I sent it back and it was returned to me unopened. A$$%#^!

I have a regular Dyson vacuum and I LOVE it! This one is a POS.

Thank God for Woot! They are going to take it back. Too bad they can't replace it.
