Weird...Woot emails me late last night to say they were shipped, but FedEx today is only showing that electronic shipment info was sent this morning. No pickup or anything else thoughout the day.
Did anybody else have this - being told they shipped, but 24 hours later still not showing as such with FedEx, with the item not even showing as picked up yet?

It can take a business day or two for FedEx to get it into their system.

You might also try FedEx's “Track by Reference” feature to get tracking info using your order number. For some reason, this method works better sometimes.

Your order number is on your receipt which you can get via Your Account. Leave the Account Number blank. Enter your order number in the reference box. Next, select your country and enter your zip code. Click TRACK and voilà, you may have tracking info.

Give it a couple days and if you still don't see movement, email service@woot.com.

Thanks T.T., had tried by reference yesterday with no success. Now, it's showing the same thing...shipping info received, but no progress since this morning...like my package didn't actually make it out. Give a couple days more sure, but then I'm away for next week...so hopefully they show by the weekend. Are East coast shipments coming out of Cali or Tx if you know? Thanks!

Sure thing. Go to Stuff You Bought at the top right of the page. Click on View Order Details for this item. On that order details page, the order number is the first line, right above the large title. Hope that helps.

I'm sorry they're not arriving in time. Our standard shipping time is within 5 business days of your order (not counting the day of the sale).

EDIT: That's when it leaves our warehouse. Shipping times should be added to that. Often shipping time is faster but the outside time should be considered.

Tell me about it, I'm in a similar situation. Turns out that despite being told by woot on the 24th that my order shipped, it really hadn't. It seems, according to woot, since I used my PO box address (which I have for all my woot orders), the vendor has to ship my order to woot offices in Texas first, then woot sends it back out to me. As it stands, I'm not going to see my headphones till August 3rd at best....16 days after ordering. So much for 'multiple warehouses across the country' to ship from.

I've never, ever heard of this nonsense. With FedEx SmartPost, as this package was sent, it starts the journey with FedEx ground, then it gets passed off to the local / regional USPS sort center for final USPS delivery. Never have I had to go through this BS, and I order enough online to know that this simply doesn't make sense.
If the item could not be delivered to a PO box, like some large or heavy items (even woot specifies this restriction on some items), I should have been told upfront...and could have given an alternate address. Amazon and all other vendors that I buy from do this...

Yeah, I'm ticked at the delay and this dishonesty regarding the shipping status. Really gonna have to think twice about ordering here again.

Maybe check your junk mail folder to see if the shipping confirmation email went there?

At the price offered, they are ok. If your going to pay retail, look for something else. I have Bose I use at work. These can't begin to compare to the Bose. The Incase are totally uncomfortable in comparison. Sound is ok, nothing special, sound as good as any other cheap headphones I've used. Personally I feel a $40 pair of Sony's would be just as good, if not better. Colors are cool, but why pay for that?

Well, 17 days after ordering these, they arrived this morniing. I should say it arrived, and not 'they'.

I had ordered 3 pairs, 1 in each color, was charged for 3, but only 1 pair was shipped.

This has been a major disappointment from the start...to have been fed false info regarding shipping, followed by an excessively long wait, and now to discover that my order wasn't even fully shipped...that just tops it all. Wonder if I'll have to wait another 3 weeks for woot to do something.

Worse than losing my business, I sure as heck am not going to be recommending woot to anybody else.

It's likely they shipped separately and will arrive soon. You can email service@woot.com just to be sure.

Our standard is that the item will ship within 5 business days (not counting the day of the sale) but often sooner. We use a variety of shipping methods so some will arrive quicker and others will take some time (SmartPost).

I have to say... I'm extremely impressed with these headphones. They're super comfortable and lightweight, with the added bonus of not getting hot after lengthy use. Even better, they sound fantastic!

I'm extremely picky when it comes to how my music sounds, especially through headphones, which should offer the best listening experience (in my humble opinion). When I spend big money on a headset only to be disappointed by the lack of attention to detail, well... Let's just say I'm thrilled to get a nice surprise in these babies!

Audiophiles, I think you'd be quite impressed by the breadth of sound, crisp highs, warm lows and nice mids.

The ability to swap out chords is a nice touch. My husband is happy I can play Rock Band 3 with these on!
