How do ya'll get it to leave your CR in and not wrap your lines?
I thought using the code inside square brackets

would leave everything
the way that I type it
but,

preview isn't showing that this will work....

edit.....so that's what that does....it didn't look that way in preview

press the enter key

the preview eliminates all new lines in your post box, but the forum will keep it the way you type it. Also, the html formatting wont work on woot forums, if you have some sort of code that you wish to display, you can always use the quote tags

i saw this clip of the howard stern show where they had a contest for the worst hemmerhoid in america. let me tell you, there were some truly horrifying specimens. i mean, one guy looked like he had a third testicle hanging from his ass, and that wasn't the guy who won. it was truly revolting.

Because preview in Woot 2.0 is something one of the codeslaves slapped together in about a minute and a half, and no one's made time yet to revisit it.

There's a stupidly large button on the main page that says "I want one." Click on that. Unless, of course, they're already sold out, and then it says that.

At the top of the page, click "Profile." Once that comes up, click "Personal messages."

at the top of the page there is "Profile" and "My Forums". Click one of those then on the three tabs there is Private Messages in the middle. Click on that and your private messages will be there.

You know that saying "there's always an meanie in the room, and if there isn't .... well that means you are the meanie". IF you come to this conclusion that you indeed are the meanie - how do you fix this? Don't say leave the room and find one that already has an meanie identified... i did that. 1. i am working on a mac and i can not seem to figure out how to set a picture to show up next to my name when i post....any ideas?

2. how come the time next to my post says 6:19am....it is 1:19am where i am...is there a way to set time zones?
