Does anyone know about the return policy. The last time I bopught one from woot it stopped working exactly 90 days after I bought it. I only used it on a few times. Do I have to return it to audiovox or woot? Anyone know?

You would need to send it back to Audiovox for repair or return. The folks at Audiovox were very responsive and helpful. Their product is just crizznap, foo I guess. My returns were within the 90 days so I am not sure how they will handle your case.

how is your unit working? I just got mine and it worked great for one minute then it went haywire. I am going to call audiovox and see if I can get a replacement.

Mine's got a glitch in the docking station. You can plug it in, power it up, use it for awhile without a problem and then turn it off. No problem. However, when you subsequently try to power it back up and watch a movie/do whatever, the audio won't work. Curiously, if you pull the plug on the unit and start over, the audio will come back and work fine... until you power cycle it. Then it turns into Groundhog Day. Looks like I'm gonna have to make a friend at Audiovox.

My docking unit's radio and message recorder are not working. Ugh.

My system was also going haywire but I was able to contact Audiovox (via woot) and they told me to send it in for repair. It was a little aggravating and time consuming to unscrew and repack and send the box back to Audiovox, but the price is great and it was worth it. Now the system works great.
