Thanks. That worked for me. Turns out I had 2 tracking numbers as well. Looks like they tried to deliver it yesterday after hours. Hopefully it'll be here today and I can have the weekend to mount my defenses.

Delivered today. I'm really really tempted to put a USB port on the Roomba with a wireless card and just send the Roomba off to hunt the cats. They just got over their fear of it, to the point the kitten climbs on top for rides. Now they'll feel my wrath once again.

Well even though I called Fedex and the said it would be delivered Monday, it came today anyway. Not sure if they have a clue as to what is really going on sometimes. But hey, I'm happy, I got it today!

Got the launcher yesterday, tried setting it up today...no luck thing is totally broken. I opened the box to find the upper portion broken...my computer won't even recognize it....with the drivers installed. Big bummer woot...

Just got mine today. How the hell do I load the missiles? Are they supposed to have a hole in the bottom to fit over the launcher doo-dads? My missiles all have a piece of circular hard plastic on the bottom. Am I supposed to rip that off? What gives? Am I just stupid and missing something obvious?

Duh! thanks. The one I was fiddling with was stuck and I was afraid I was going to break it.

anyone else have trouble with the launcher, as soon as its plugged in, beginning to fire all the missiles? i have control over direction but not firing... it just goes and goes and goes and to make it stop, i have to unplug it. so basically, plugging it in = pushing fire. anyone else with this problem?

Click on the "write us" tab at the top of the page. I did this for my t-shirts since I had received my XL's, but had no information whatsoever on my mediums. I referenced my order number, and someone from Woot responded within 3 hours.

And for the record, the Missle Launchers ROCK! My cat's arse doesn't like them that much, but I'm certainly having fun!

Finally got a hold of someone at FedEx and I do not have 2 tracking numbers on mine. They are showing the package as never sent. Still no word from Woot. This is not good Woot!! I guess if anything I will just get PayPal involved.

Ok, so I ordered my USB rocket launcher a few weeks back.....I recieved my FedEx tracking number as usual, and checked it daily in anticipation of blasting my co-workers with the joyful little foam rockets. As I was tracking a few days into it, I noticed a trend developing...starting on June 22, the original expected date of delivery, my package began bouncing between 2 FedEx stations in Sewickely and Pittsburgh. I kept monitoring the activity, noting that the package continued to bounce and the delivery date continued to change, 1 day at a time.

Where's the feet??!?!?! I called FedEx on Tuesday to bring it to their attention, and got a voicemail from them yesterday stating that it would definately be delivered yesterday...of course, it didn't, and just continued to bounce around like a ping pong ball between 2 stations that apparently were having a debate about who should deliver my package. Finally, today, I recieved my rocket launcher. The package appears to have been used by the FedEx employees at the company picnic for a managers vs drivers volleyball match...somehow, the product itself remained in working condition.

Below is a screenshot of the tracking information, and pictures of the package as recieved.....

wow. That sucks. Well at least you got yours. Mine just didn't get to FedEx or something...Woot just refunded my money this morning and basically told me I was SOL, no USB rocket launcher for me. There's something weird with this particular Woot...has anyone heard of such madness with another one?

ya. Woot really screwed the pooch on this one. Don't get your hopes up pritpatel, I'd be amazed if you ever saw one. Oh, and don't try asking for another, woot already ran through their stock to replace defected units (aka people got 2 before we got our 1)...It's goina take a numerous BOCs to make up for this ordeal.

I am missing mine too. I wrote to woot, but no response yet. This is the first time that woot has let me down, and it sure makes me think before I'll make another purchase.

Sorry dude, no need to get all uppity with me. I know how frustrating it can be - I *JUST* received my medium t-shirts from the Woot-Off this morning. However, when I nicely emailed Woot using the "Write Us" tab at the top of the page, I received a response within a couple hours, WITH a tracking number. And honestly... I wasn't going to sell my third one anyway. I've got 3 monkeys, 3 missle launchers, and one pig to rule them all. MWHUAHAHAHAHHAH!
