I am a regular wooter. Just about an hour ago I placed order for order number # 35109014. Immediately I realized to cancel this and immediately send email to service@woot.com to cancel my order. Can WOOT please confirm if this is cancelled and I will get refunded.

It's a weekend, so my attempt to cancel Order # 35132736 ( assigned Case # W-929545-B0TQ and saying there's no staff on the weekends).

I hope it doesn't ship before Monday though.

I misread the description of the BoomBoom (Philips) and it's not a match for my Flip Mino HD that I got from you. So I'm hoping you can cancel before it's shipped.


QUESTION: I prefer my panix.com address but had to use the Yahoo one when I ordered my 2nd item recently, so I have two accounts.

Can those be put together into one account,
using the panix.com address?

I just sent an e-mail to request an order cancellation to service@woot.com. The case number is [mod: order info removed] and I really need to make sure this order gets canceled and refunded as soon as possible. I have no doubt in the woot! system, however I just want to be extra sure that this get completed.

I just sent an email to cancel my order of pink buckyballs, because it turns out the person I bought them for already had buckyballs and had no interest in them. Really hope it works out: I am a poor college student.

The good people of WOOT are more than reasonable. You should copy the contents of your confirmation email into a message to service@woot.com explaining your need to cancel your order. Of course, you need to do this in a timely manner. If you wait too long and the order gets processed for shipment you may be out of luck. I've had ONLY good experiences with WOOT.

This seems to be the thread where pleas are heard. Order 36367717, please cancel it. I confess, I was naughty, was at work considering a purchase and decided against it. I got a phone call, got distracted and that's when the stupid kicked in. I tried to close out the window and evidently I hit the wrong thing. I didn't find out about it until hours later, after work and you can imagine my suprise.

Please, please cancel my order. I appreciate your help.
