Your best bet would be to contact the folks at service@woot.com again if you've not heard from them already - they should help you out faster than the forums!

I ordered it yesterday and about an hour later sent email to service woot to cancel order. You say you cant cancel because it is in processing.
So you send some kinda of fed ex tracking number that is not recognized. Cancel order.

My comment is a mixture of canceling and order and shipping information. I purchased the HP Pavilion that was on moofi on 4/16 and saw on 4/21 there was another HP pavilion that I much preferred over the one I purchased. Having never received shipping information and was still within the 5 business days shipping, I was expecting to be able to cancel my order and purchase the current computer without a problem. I submitted my cancellation request as noted in previous posts, and purchased the new computer to make sure I didn't miss out on it. Only to be told that my first computer had already shipped and the order couldn't be canceled. I never saw in my purchase information that it had shipped and never received an email regarding the shipment, which had happened 3 days after the purchase. It's just frustrating because without any notification of shipping I now have to cancel another order. I realize I was probably rash in going and buying the current deal before hearing back from support, but I don't think it's too much to ask that our information be up to date so we're well aware of where our purchases may be.

Besides the clusterf*** that I got myself into, support was relatively quick with their responses and got them within 24 hours of placing my requests. Still waiting on the cancellation of the good deal on moofi today though.

Didn't get anything back in my account. Checked spam folder and everything, of course. I see another guy also hasn't gotten any email back on same issue, how long should we wait before we declare our emails a casualty of the internet ether?

I wonder if Google suddenly does not like Woot.

it feels odd to have to email in to get an order canceled. The cancelation instructions are far from clear. You guys could do a much better job on that.

I attempted to order a pair of the Gunnar Computer glasses earlier today, and experienced nearly a dozen different Server Error messages while i was trying to place my order. They kept telling me to go back and try again, which i did. I never saw a confirmation page, but before i knew it, i had placed two orders. I immediately sent a cancellation notice in, literally 4 minutes after the mistake, but did not receive a response for over an hour. By then, it was apparently too late, and I am now going have to wait until both get here, email again for a return id, and ship it back, probably on my own dime. All in all, rather frustrating experience, and it saddens me because i love woot a lot! Totally wish you guys had a Customer Service phone line that worked!

If you haven't already, make sure to email service@woot.com with your order numbers and tell them about the errors you encountered. Judging by another thread, you aren't the only person who was getting errors. Customer service should be able to help you out.

I posted this in the Vizio thread and I'm hoping I can get a response here:


I ordered one Friday morning and was told by Woot that it may not ship until 5 business days from when I purchased the TV (as late as Friday). I wasnt planning to wait two weeks for a TV so I asked if I could cancel it and Woot refused saying that it was "in the process of fullfillment and could not be cancelled".

Ive never seen a retailer work like this. I could understand not being able to cancel if the TV shipped but Woot has 1) already taken my money 2) The TV has not shipped and 3) cannot provide me with a definitive date the TV will ship.

I emailed them again asking for a definitive date and why if I cant cancel if my TV has not shipped but have yet to receive an answer.

I have the same problem. They told me that I may "refuse the delivery" and that once Woot would receive it, they would issue a refund, but why can't they just cancel it NOW before it ships??

Even though we'd prefer to receive an email from you, we've located and cancelled your order. You should see the refund reflected with your bank within about 3-5 business days...just remember weekends and holidays don't count.

Either one of those should do it. CS is currently working through a backlog of email from the woot-off and various outages. Please be patient for a response.

Also, check your spam/junk folders just in case.
