Put in all your information. I usually just cut and paste the order into the email.

I don't know if anyone is in the office before monday, but I don't think the order would be fully processed until then either.

First, I want to say that I've had a wonderful experience with service@woot.com. They handled the return of my defective camera quickly. I received the email from service with the link to my return label. I printed the label, enclosed a copy of my original receipt & I think I enclosed a copy of the email from woot with the RMA # on it. I dropped off the package at the USPS yesterday (8/27/12). My only problem is I'm not 100% sure if I included the RMA # in the box that I shipped back to you & I know that I forgot to put the RMA # on the outside of the box. Will this cause a problem? If so, is there any way I can remedy this to insure I get my refund as promptly as possible? Reading through all the comments on this thread, I just wanted to say thank you for the quality customer service you provided me. I will continue to shop at woot!

***UPDATE*** I found out that I did print the email from the CSR that had my RMA number & included it in the box when I sent the camera back. All is right in my Woot world now. Just waiting on confirmation that you received my return & for my refund to be processed. Thanks

Email service@woot.com as well if you like. They'll get to your request in the order it was received. Keep in mind that they have a LOT of emails during Woot-Offs so it may take them a while to answer.

My order is still listed as an open order "awaiting shipping". It states that if I want to try to cancel the order, to click on the "cancellation link" below, but there isn't one!. Trying to cancel order #41358422. I've only ever cancelled one previous item and had no issues that time. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

Sorry but we are mere forum moderators and we do not have the magical powers to change or cancel orders. You must appeal to the all powerful service@woot.com for this request.

They'll get to your email in the order it was received but we are sometimes shipping way fast, so it could be too late.

Due to a strange glitch on the website (I'm beta testing the new one, so maybe that's part of the problem.)
