We actually release orders multiple times during the day so it's often hard to catch them for canceling. Even though it hasn't shipped, the shipping label is printed and it's impossible to go find that one label in the stacks of hundreds of other labels.

Depending on your delivery person, you might be able refuse shipment and it will be sent back to Woot.

Somehow placed an order twice (I don't need 3 shave kits). I emailed to cancel immediately, no response, and now it got shipped. Thanks a lot for the GREAT (sarcasm if you couldn't tell) service! womp womp!

Fast shipping can be problematic that way, so depending on your delivery person, you might be able refuse shipment and it will be sent back to Woot. Please stay in touch with support@woot.com so you can get the extra order taken care of.

Hey I wished I had your problem; me they cancel the order without even asking to do so!
So you place an order and you don't even know if you are going to get it or not! It's a suprise when you contact CS about the status of the order... yeah!

Are all orders going direct to "Awaiting Shipping" now, without any opportunity to cancel? I ordered something Monday around midnight, then almost immediately (<5 minutes) realized that it wasn't what I wanted. I tried to go into my Woot account and cancel, then e-mailed support@woot to cancel my order, with "cancel request" clearly in the title. The reply I received told me that it was too late to change my address (what?), and when I replied, I was told to "reread the statement provided below," reiterating that woot can attempt to replace the item if it went to the wrong address.

I'm really disappointed in this interaction; I've always been impressed with Woot before, but this experience has really soured me. I'm being told I'm unable to cancel an order immediately after placing it, and my e-mails were clearly not read or understood. Is there anything that can be done so I'm not stuck with a $30 item I'm never going to use? Otherwise, with the direction that Woot has been going and the service that I've received, I don't know if I'll be shopping at Woot again.

Posting the request here really doesn't do anything. That's why it says to email in the title.

Customer service will get to your email in the order it was received. They are pretty busy right now with all the holiday shoppers. They're trying to get to emails within one to two business days.

I was a first time woofer and on Dec. 1st I bought a Samsung tv, which at the time I didn't realize it was refurbished. I emailed woot right away to cancel and they replied back they couldn't but when I get the shipment to email for return rma#. I received the item on December 6th and it was actually damaged during shipping. I sent support photos and they issued me prepaid label and said they would issue me a refund as soon as they received it back, which I returned on Dec 7th. I gave it a week for them to get it and I wrote them, a member said Is have a refund within 10 business days. Its now the 28th of the month and I still don't have my refund. I'm very upset about this issue. I write them almost daily and don't get a response. This is $535 we're talkin' here. Hope this gets seen and resolved immediately.

Sadly, I've had the same thing happen numberr times here and at Tanga. Sad because I used to buy crap in huge quantities. I thought things may have gotten better as for awhile they seemed more responsive.... I hope they'll be cool and allow it, because it was a site error, and I was charged shipping more than once (Nothing to do with time,I checked)
