This is what always happens with smartpost..it being a combination of fed ex and USPS. There is never a problem with the fedex part, but there always seems to be a lack of info from the postal service? I have found many times that my info will say that it is in New Berlin, Wis when I check, and fimd that the item is sitting on my doorstep when I get home??? Everything will probably end up being okay..I hope. +)

I ordered one of these train sets and it still has not arrived.....has anyone else gotten theirs??? any idea when this will ship??

Received Mine in Today - Sorry Folks but mine is a complete POS! ON/OFF Button is Broke but at least when i put in 2 AA batteries it does work..just can't turn off without taking out batteries. Tried several different batteries..This thing just doesn't have any power..I put it on a Smooth Flat Service and it keeps getting Stuck.. (adding the 2 other cars in tow does help a bit..but doesn't solve the problem) Hopefully I Just took one for the team and got the lemon. I'd sure hate to be a kid getting this on christmas morning.. It would cost me $5.60 to return this to Woot.. So it's not worth RMA'ing.

I received the train today and it broke within 5 minutes of use. The front wheel fell off from the engine car, when I tried to put it back on it cracked in two.
Goodbye train, hello trash can indeed. Lesson learned. Those of you giving this as gifts may want to rethink.
As a side note I did enjoy the non-sensical, mistranslated description on the box. "Simulating the true styles and making carefully" It still was not worth the $10.

If you have a broken train - instead of throwing it away - throw it at or near other people and run. I like to think of the stories people tell other people later..

mine say they are in new berlin right now, along with my sansa's. i would love both to be sitting at my door when i get home tomor...er today. gotta get some sleep.

Hasn't shipped yet, been well over five business days. Woot, what's up? I'll give this til later evening before i shoot off an email.

i'm 2-1/2 hours from woot warehouse, no train yet, it's stuck in ups truck somewhere.

I'm right there with you. Mine does not say shipped or anything but the blood pressure wrist thing that I wooted 2 days after this one arrived on monday.

Same here no train yet, WOOT I know its 5.00 for shipping, but Id rather pay more for shipping and get it faster. Woot youe losing your luster.

The sets that I ordered don't even show as shipped yet. Not such a great first experience with Woot, that I gotta say. I sent an email, no response. I just sent another one. Sheesh guys... your light's not shining too brightly anymore!

Well, when you are planning to take some of this stuff as presents to someone overseas, you don't expect Santa leaving them hidden under your sofa... because I don't know yours, but my sofa doesn't enjoy that much playing with toys and I rather seen kids playing with them.

Anyways, my shipping information finally appeared and it appears those trains are stuck somewhere in Texas.

In the same boat with the rest of you guys; friend ordered the rc chopper after the train came out and he's already gotten his while my train has been chilling in Atlanta for two days. Just hope my bag of shirts doesn't take this long.

I've noticed some people haven't received shipment notifications yet. I wouldn't be to worried about it; I bought a shirt from shirt.woot and it was shipped on 11/20 and I received my tracking information on 11/27. I'm sure it's been shipped you just don't know it yet.

wow mine just left yesterday! and i got my notification on the 25th! terrible...

I blame the post woot-off, sleep deprived haze. I wasn't going to buy one, had no need - but then that stupid button bounced... then I had to have one. Plus it was fun spending time reading all the arguing over whether or not these were lead laced trains of death.

Ok, this is ridiculous. Mine JUST got sent out today. I have bought and received 2 woots since I bought these 12 days ago. I live in Tulsa, OK and Woot is in Dallas, TX (shipping usually takes 1 day). I don't know what the hold up is but these DEFINITELY did not ship in the 2-3 days like they say they try to do.... Lets get it moving Woot!

btw when you get a tracking # try entering it at www.google.com and they direct you to which carrier to track it!!!! takes u right to the tracking page!!!

I don't think it's the shipping carrier, more than I think it's woot's ability to get the item out...

trains came today
put one together around the tree and away it went, works fine.
track has to be on a flat surface, any bumps and it will get stuck.

I guess I am glad mine have been in New Berlin for this work week.

I just received an email that they are out of stock, can't fill my order completely, and reduced my order from 3 to 2. So I pay more per train set, and maybe I don't want them at all after reading how crappy they are. Still no tracking/shipping info.

Had to post, because this is just stupid.

Ordered the damned train on the 17th, and it didn't get picked up until the 28th. Its now the 30th, and its still in Texas at the sortation center.

little worried about the quality issues. but i have at least 10 days before mine arrives... today was the first day of a normal week long vacation in sortation at Atlanta smart post facility before it hits Charlotte for 3-4 in sortation hell

I received an e-mail from them saying they are not able to fill my whole order, so they are sending me one of the three and refunding the money for the other two. I also received a coupon for $5.00 off of a future order. no tracking number yet, so maybe it's a good thing I wasn't planning on giving them as gifts..

I still think woot is great and will order from them in the future.
