I have the earbud stle razer earphones and i love them. I have never tried these but if they sould as good as the earbuds they are worth the mony. Not the best money can by, but I really enjoy the ones I have. Do they sound as good a Bose NO but then again you can't buy bose for 10 bucks a pair.

Happy New Year!

In for one, i.e. two. I hope they're as good as the good reviews suggest. If they suck as badly as the bad reviews suggest, I'll be upset.

btpearce wrote:most of these clip ons drive you nuts from the pressure on your ears after a while, anyone have any comments about extended time usage with these?

I have these, they are quite comfortable. They fit on your ears like a bluetooth headset. I was really impressed with the sound quality that they provide.

I got these during the woot off a few weeks ago and I'm very happy with them. They're more than adequate for a normal user. If you're one of those hyper-picky audio geeks where everything has to sound perfect, then you might be disappointed. But for everyone else, the sound quality was better than a lot of headphones I've bought that cost more but sounded tinny.

8ate8

quality posts: 0 Private Messages 8ate8

I bought these the last time they were on woot. The clip does start to hurt your ear after an hour or so, but ear buds start to hurt my ears after about 5 minutes, so I don't mind the clips.

If you need something that's portable (the carrying case is nice, too) and you don't like ear buds, then these are a good deal. If you're looking for a high end quality pair of headphones, then these aren't it. But for $10 a pair, they're very good and outperform the $35 of Sony clips-ons I bought retail a while ago.

I wear mine for jogging -- they are incredibly comfortable, stable, and excellent-sounding.

To the posters who have issues with discomfort from the clips -- I've never had any, no matter how many miles I run.

The weight and the substance of the headphones keeps them stable, the carrying bag is awesome, and the sound is great, especially for the price.

If I had ANY money (damn you, shirt.woot.com), I'd be buying these just so I can keep a pair at work and a spare at home.

Seriously.

I would like to say the white ones are more like METALLIC/white and also.. make sure to put them back in the case when you are done. If you leave your sansa player with these metal headphones IT WILL GET SCRATCHED UP.

otherwise? decent inexpensive headphones. I would put them above my awia shellz. The bass is decent but not fantastic. Solid 10$ headphones.

Wonder if acetone will remove that snarky emblem or if it would damage the metal. From prior posts, it sounds as tho rubbing alcohol didn't work.

my brother loves his set, and the sound a pretty good. if you are comparing them to a set of in the ear buds no over the ear like this will match a good pair of those types, but as far as over the ear these are very very good sound. just got a set for my wife for the gym. i have the in the ear model also, best buds i have found.

I decided to give these a try because I simply have an awful time trying to keep the typical earbuds to stay put. I've tried the "JVC Marshmellows" and they're okay but I have to force them so far in to my ear canals that they soon become very uncomfortable.

These earphones are awesome. When I saw them before someone mentioned they work with the iPhone, but they don't. That said I bought an adapter, and these are Suh-weet! They are also thin enough that I can can lay my head on my pillow and they still fit comfortably. Very Nice

dude, if you can hear above 20k then you must have some canine blood in you ... human audible sound is limited to 20-20k Hz (and most adults cannot hear above 16k), so any headphone or speaker with a frequency range above that is just engaging in specmanship ...
