my zune and sansa e250 is just collecting dust, since i cant find a worthwhile music service
Define worthwhile? Collecting mp3's is a chore, but all the leg work is worth it in the long run, as you'll have a vast music collection to choose from.
Depends on what you are going for. If are like me and collect entire albums, BitTorrents are the way to go. If you just like to pick up the singles of tracks you like, you are probably better off with a Peer2Peer software like Livewire (Just make sure you don't share your entire harddrive!).
Or you can locate a DJ who burns his own music and ask to copy his CD's (Probably a good 30 hours worth of work) and take his collection for a weekend he isn't working, and take them all off every disc. That's how I got probably 50% of the tracks sitting on my harddrive, although, there's plenty there that I never listen to, there's some that I never could put an artist or a title to. Because DJ's do all types of events, from high school dances (booty music), to weddings (generally oldies, and some fun party type music), some even put some techno, and other faster beat stuff, that's good to dance to. The guy I got my collection from had about 40-50 discs with about 70 songs a piece on them.
Too much Woot!, too little time...

I bought it last time along with the Creative Zen. Then the nieces all got iPods, so I'm stuck with 3 mp3 that I'm not going to use. Grr.
Anybody nearby want them for what they cost me? To top it off I missed the Bathysphere of Curmudgeons on x-mas. Bah!

It has a bunch of songs already on it which was really cool I thought, along with the slot for a memory card for more music.. And you really cant beat the price of these, wal mart has the 4GB's for 150 bucks
I do have one complaint with it, one of the players I got last month stopped working for one person I gave it to.. they said it wont turn on for them anymore, so I dont know.. I got 3 more again, so I can send her a replacement for the one that didnt work, and then I'll prolly give the other 2 to one of my friends.
I had the same thing happen. Contact Woot and they will send you a RMA number to return the unit. I had the 6 gig and they didn't have anymore, so they refunded my money. I don't think I'm going to get another refurb (rox0rz!) tho. Even tho woot made the return process easy, it was still a drain. I spent a lot of time transferring music only to have it crap out in 2 weeks. Then I had to pack it up, print the label and find a FedEx drop box. You get the idea.
196 Woots, 20 shirt.woots, 15 sellout.woots, 212 total items, and I STILL have not gotten a single Bindle of Carrots! How is that possible?
