I think I'm done with Woot. Ordered 2 I-Phones, then realized I couldn't use them. Emailed Woot before they arrived, and I thought they were nice in that they let me return them. When they finally arrived (quite late), I immediately went to the Post Office to return them. Packed the phones up nicely, taped it very securely, wrote down both return numbers on the box, included a copy of the order, and handed it to the postal worker. Now Woot says it received one phone and not the other (pretty much impossible) and refuses to credit the other phone. So now I am out $220 while the phone sits either in a trash can somewhere because returns overlooked it while unpacking the box, or in a dishonest employee's pocket. So much for being nice. Next time, I'll stick with a more responsible company.
