Unfortunately, as of 7:15am EST today, I still have no tracking information from woot! and as far as I can tell from Fedex tracking, there has been 1 tracking number initiated from Amazon in Chattanooga, Tennesee, but no items picked up. It still shows Shipment information sent to FedEx and the weight is 1.5 pounds. Definitely NOT the rest of my order.
I am very disappointed with the customer service I have received from woot!
