I ordered an item on December 9th 2013 and was trying to be patient about it, but it never arrived, although a couple of other deliveries did that day.
I initially contacted woot! and was told to be patient due to the holiday rush. After waiting and then looking at the tracking info and still not having my item, I tried again to contact woot! and got the canned advice to check with FedEx. I did that, they performed their followup trace, and called the package lost.
So, now over a month past my Xmas gift being missing, I go back to woot! and all I continue to receive are the canned responses.
