Its cheap given the amount of pixels, 3x zoom is decent, image stabilization is very helpful, small size, etc. It doesn't shoot in RAW or TIFF mode, but that isn't surprising considering its an ultra-compact.

Is that a keypad for a phone on the front?

No more WOOT! for me! This new site makes my eyes bleed.

Check the price of this product on Froogle. Someone else should do the Froogle thing for a while now. I think it's really useful.

This one is bad. It sucks battery like water ... you better pay more for a brand name camera .

Do these take quick pictures? Is that shutter speed? I have a 1 yr old that moves a lot and you basically have to take 100 pictures to get 1 good one.

Company has always made decent cameras. No need to shake.

Oh no, third or fourth time this has been up.

I just bought two new cameras, so no thanks. You all might want to look up the old Woots to see discussion on this. Lots of helpful comments.

Polaroid -- No thanks. What are they doing in the camera business still anyway?

I got this camera last time woot had it, on December 10th 2007. It's alright. Not very good. The picture quality is ok but not great, colors aren't smooth at 7mp or 5mp, not if you look really closely, you see blotches of color in any solid color area. The battery can't be charged while in the camera, it has to be removed and charged externally. It does NOT have image stabilization, as some people in the forums said when it was up last time, it just has the usual 'warn you about hand shake in long shutter times' feature almost all digital cameras have now. It's alright for quick little snapshots, something "cheap" to have on hand, but if it's going to be your main camera, I'd advise against it.
The manual can be found here and it says nothing about image stabilization, just shake warning.
If you'd like to see full size pics taken with the camera, all the ones of the kitten here were taken with the camera several days after I got it. You can also search the flickr t737 tag, which I did before buying it, and which led me to think I'd get better pictures, as there weren't any 7mp examples to look at.

What the heck do you need image stabilization for with only 3x zoom?? Might be useful after your 4th trip of the morning to Starbucks.

Great camera - to give to a 2 year-old.

I had this camera for 4 hours and threw it in the trash. Picture quality was terrible. It's a Polaroid, enough said.

Actually bought this camera a month or so back when woot offered it and dont believe the people who bash it because it's polaroid or whatever. It's actually a very nice digital camera and an even nicer digital camera for the price. Very quick to turn on and the shutter speed is faster than the olympus Fe 2-something i have. The screen is amazing!!!
The camera has also taken pictures every night for more than a week on a single charge and appears to be very durable so far.
I'd highly recommend getting this camera.

I've not read that great of reviews about Polaroid Digital Cameras. But, if you are looking for something under a $100.00, then I guess this one is as good as any. I've been very happy with Canon Powershot A630...but it's a bit heavy and chunky.

The only camera in our house is the family PowerShot A70 (an old 3.2 megapixel camera) I don't have a camera for myself, so would it be worth buying this or continue to borrow the family camera?

Because they only sell the shirts Monday through Friday and it is now Saturday.

I bought this a little while back when they had one. I have had nothing but problems with it. I can't even get my machine to recognize what it is.

My personal advice is to avoid this.

Did you really throw it in the trash? could you not have sold it on ebay . .or given it to someone in the family that might have enjoyed it?

Honestly, that sounds like you have anger management issues

Have you considered that fact that maybe you are the problem, not the device?
