I think that they are removing the images in the hopes of improving response and to cut down on failures. especially when it comes to placing orders since that is their reason for existence.

Bummer though, i come to woot-offs mainly for the cats but always wind up buying a few things in the process.

Um, you know that pictures would not be on the woot server right? They cannot cause failures unless the bbcode base is being messed around with. They do not use woot bandwidth, but do slow down the loading of the page (which actually slows down the number of posts) so I don't see why woot would disable them.

Sell out already! Next please!
