Purchased a Netgear WG111T, similar to this. Worked with one Vista machine but cannot get it to work with another identical computer. Any tips??

Netgear will not support refurbished, does not come with a serial number. Who can I contact for help????????????

My niece is visiting and her wireless isn't working. I log on to Woot and the woot off is still on. Awesome. She keeps using my laptop and my desktop. Maybe this will work on her laptop and I can get one of my computers back to buy stuff on woot again.
