If u do try it, you will get a lot more energy and feel good about your daily tasks... it is quite a lot better than coffee or other stimulants that don't actually add energy and nutrition to your body... I make these drinks for my elderly parents a lot.

New woots (shirt, www.woot, sellout.woot) arrive at midnight Central time, which is in about 26 minutes. Wine.woot has a new product on Monday and Thursday at the same time.

Did you know shirt.woot ships internationally? Get you some!

Guess I'm supposed to go back and edit for poor wording... Eh hem...

BROWNIE points - Brownie points are a hypothetical social currency, which can be accrued by doing good deeds or earning favour in the eyes of another, often one's superior. The origin of the term is uncertain.

Seems like everyone else but you got my point... Such a shame.

browning
The increasingly popular British pastime of driving in a random direction and following every brown road sign one comes to. (Brown signs indicate recognised tourist 'attractions' - usually a major Hollywood production, e.g. "Rauceby Maize Maze").
It's Sunday. I'm bored shitless. What shall we do?

Let's go browning!

I can't wait to hack 'em! (I'm thinking of interfacing them with a uC to display selected images, whatever.) I see that there are a couple of buttons. . .

Kinda like a small & crappy digital photo-frame.

Oh, lighten up. I got your point but it was still funny. Like something Joey Tribbiani would have said.

(from wikipedia) Girl Scouts: A popular, but unproven, etymology is an allusion to the merit badges obtained by junior girl scouts (Girl Guides) for carrying out good deeds. Baroness Olave Baden-Powell (wife of their founder, Robert Baden-Powell) named the Brownies after a kind of mythological elf that does helpful things around the house.

Mine isn't recognised by XP either, that is, it doesn't appear as an external disk when it is plugged in.I think the only way it works is to install the software and load/unload though that. Could be wrong on that of course!

and w.r.t. the above post, I had no problem with malware on installing the supplied software?

Wow ...Who knew Jack LaLane was a Wooter?!?!

...Dude let me tell you a little story; every so often my family has social functions, we all get together to celebrate hoidays or family reunions or whatever the occaision may be. Invariably my wife will get all excited over the upcomming event and exclaim "OK! ..I'll make my Famous Devilled Eggs! Everybody just loves my Deviled eggs!"

The reality is my family loves her, not her rancid smelling "Oh My God, I think we killed the dog" devilled eggs. I dont think Eggs, Devilled or otherwise, were ever supposed to taste like they were made with melted crayons and ear wax, in a restroom, at a truck stop in Jersey.

Im willing to bet your family loves you ...and they choke down these smoothies, just like my family, because they just dont want to hurt your feelings. And Id also be wiling to bet if offered this keychain with pics of the kiddies and pets on them versus ...your concoction ...theyd trip over their walkers clammoring to the trinkets.

Ok ...thats just a buck and a half of my two cents ...now I have to get outback of my house and bury another batch of devilled eggs before my wife wakes up.

Its a good damned thing I love that girl.

I installed the software and it seems to recognize it, but I can't get any photos on it. I can't click on anything but "Computer" in their program (and not even any directories under "Computer"). (I'm using Vista)
And its not recognized like a USB storage device.
...so... seems to be junk to me.
Will you take these crappy things back Woot?

Odd. I created a directory, dumped my photos into it, navigated the file system to the folder and clicked on the big Download button. Worked like a charm. (I'm using Vista too). Did you read the special insert specific to Vista? Where you have to drill down from Computer and *not* use the user shortcut from Desktop where it defaults? Also, clicking on the folder (beyond the expand button) just shows any images in the directory in the pane on the right. If there aren't any it may give the appearance of not doing anything.

It's worth playing around with because it works as advertised. Tiny screen and all.

that was part of the problem, but it still wasnt recognizing it. I reconnected it about a dozen times off and on this weekend, and finally, it popped up! yeah! I was going to give one as a gift, but I better open it and put some pictures on it for them.

I never even got my Woot Tracking Bot email... and then once it was received by the local USPS, it wasn't updated to show that it was out for delivery or anything. It did come, 1 day before the anticipated arrival date.

Maybe contact customer service

We sent a response to you on 9/2 indicating another unit would be shipped out since it was short-shipped. It may take a few days to get it though. Just send an email back to us if you don't receive it within a few days.

We generally recommend contacting the manufacturer for support first, as they're more likely to be able to repair or replace your keychain. However, if they cannot or will not assist you, you can begin the returns process by contacting rma@woot.com. Please be sure to include a detailed description of the problem, as well as your order number. You may need to adjust any spam filtering you have in place to accept a response from that address.
