I have one of these and it's nothing special. The speeds are not very good and personally a cap type jump drive is better as this retractable design will allow dust into the end. It will fit on a key chain if you use the right type of key ring (it must be small). Good price for a standard jump drive but don't expect this thing to perform like a higher end jump drive.

I currently have a 4GB SanDisk Titanium Cruzer on my keychain. It's heavy and clunky. I just picked up the KingMax 8GB. Should be perfect for the keychain! Thanks!

Own two 2gb, two 4gb, and bought two sets of these. Never a problem... well except that time I dropped a chair on one ;)

Well for me, as long as it works and I can store my files and games I really can't complain. I lost my spaghetti. =( on you bah humbugs here, I am stuck with a 2gb one until my two 4gb come in.

I have a 1 gig drive right now and have never had a problem with it. You can't beat this price for 4gig drives. I have looked at these in the stores and haven't found them for under29.95. And thats only for one.

In for one but hopefully there won't be any shipping issues like last time with the 8GB drive.

These are the kind of good deals that made woot so famous. Need to see more like this. Wish I needed another 4gb thumbdrive.

Went thru all the posts , but didn't see anything about if it was compatible with XP service pack 3. Its been out since May I think. It shows just sp 1 & 2.

Just cancel your initial and place a second order for the correct quantity. In your email to Woot tell them you are cancelling this order and have placed another order for a greater quantity.

I have to say that I have one of these already and have not noticed ANY of the open/close or durability issues that some people are talking about... Mine has been pretty darn bullet proof and (this is the kind of thing we do) my friends and I tested the forced closing force on this at like 40 lbs! (the force necessary to break it closed without pressing the side button. I just bought 6

On some random day, Woot has a special day where instead of one item for the day, they put up an item for sale. When it sells out, they put up another etc. I think they tend to sell smaller quantities to keep people glued to their monitors waiting to see what's next. It's a lot of fun.

The really fun part is reading all the comments on the current item being sold. They can be quite sarcastic and you will definitely be entertained.

I bought one for a guy at work (darn work comp blocks a lot of stuff). I got the 8GB version a while back. No problems, and I haven't noticed any of the speed problems, and it works with XP SP3. Wish it came with lanyards though...
