I had one of these.

It had horrible, horrible problems, and I nearly drove myself insane trying to deal with HP's ridiculously stupid customer service/tech support (who knew less than I did about it--who were ALL trying to give me instructions to navigate through XP). Finally I took it back: I was extremely grateful i had bought it at Costco and didn't have to deal with a restocking fee or ugly return policy for computers.
