Know your cards security code{numbers on the back of your card}, and make sure to be logged in. Then have no worries, those are the steps to complete your purchase.

You have to confirm several times and then confirm through PyPal

No. This adapter only makes your desktop or laptop able to connect to a wireless network. You need a router to become wireless.

Also in regards to another question earlier, the usb cable is so you can extend the adaptor and connect to say, the side of your monitor therefore getting a better signal. (but this thing still is a speed killer.)
