I am 3.56miles from woot, and mine still has not shipped. Do you have any idea how frustrating this is? I have to wait a week for shirts unless I pay extra for shipping. My product/shirt etc should be to my house within 2 days at most. Our post office is the same. What gives woot?

They emailed me. They oversold RED and can't get any more. They said they shipped me my GREEN one (2-day FedEX) and refunded me for RED. Funny thing is I ordered 2 RED and 1 PINK...

So there's a chance I may get something by the 25th....

Been waiting and waiting but no cams. They were for christmas presents but I have not even received a shipping notice yet. Did get my camcorder and it is nice as have been all things that I have received from Woot! Hope that I get the cams but I did order red and they oversold? I don't care what color I get as long as I get two, one for my son and one for my daughter-in-law who is going to France and these look like just the ticket for them to keep in touch.

Got mine, it works after the tweaks I found in this thread or the other one about these cameras. (try unplugging it from base and plug back in, or eliminate base)

BUT I was unhappy to discover during the same wootoff I was lucky enough to get a Baggy of Camomile. Got my camera a few days ago, installed it and working fine. Saturday I got another WOOT box, YAY my first Baggy of Camomile! Opened to discover... two more Clique HUE HD Webcams.... sigh...

I got my cameras quite quickly.

One installed fine on the XP computer.

On the Vista computer I got a Trojan Horse Virus.

Anyone else out there got this problem?

Got my 2 last week and am thrilled. They work great (and free) with Skype. One thing I noticed was that when I first started using them with Skype, the picture was always WAY zoomed in. So using Amcap on windows or Webcam Monitor on mac I saw the whole picture but in Skype only about 20% of the picture filled the screen. (Am I making sense?) ANYWAY, after searching online to no avail I was just using it zoomed in and after about 5 minutes, the picture corrected itself! This issue is definitely repeatable as I tried it on several computers and had the exact same experience, way to zoomed in at first then normal after a few minutes. Again, overall I love the camera. I thought the gooseneck think it's on might be a pain to position accurately but it's been super easy.

Got a pink one and it's defective. Just got an email from Woot saying their "system" is out of commission for 5 days because of a software upgrade and they can't do anything to help me until then AND I have to re-contact them then. Super nylon. My first Woot will be my last.

I ordered one of the Pink, gave it to my daughter for Xmas, it's dead as a doorrnail. Contacted the manufacture which is a major joke. I guess I should have researched them first. They have not responded, have no software downloads or patches and have a support page any three-year old could have written. Sad and sad.

Woot hasn't responded yet either. Trying again.

I ordered 1xPink and 1xRed as gifts for my nieces. They waited until TWO DAYS BEFORE CHRISTMAS to tell me they oversold red and were automatically substituting it for blue. Wrong color and late present. Had to make other arrangements. Contacted Woot for an RMA; was assured a FULL REFUND and returned the cameras. Finally today I see a $14.99 credit. HOW IN THE WORLD IS THAT SUPPOSED TO BE A FULL REFUND?! I bought two cameras and returned two (unopened) cameras. And they only refund me for one minus shipping?! I've clearly been ripped off. I've contacted Woot YET AGAIN and am really hoping they fix this. Cause if not, this will certainly be my last Woot.

I am going to give woot the usual A+ in customer service on this one even though it took a couple emails to get through. Given the volume of mail, I'll give them some slack as they always come through with flying colors.
So woot took care of the issue and with two units I have now pieced together a working cam. I hope woot however nolonger does business with HD Logix as their website is dead and their phone number is no longer "in use" not disconnected, but not being answered either.
