I agree 100% with EVERYTHING in "mjholmes" statement above. We are going thru a similar situation ourselves with one of our own children. The perpetrator (sic) fortunately was caught a week ago and is now in jail. He too had been a trusted family friend for years (over 20 of them). Counseling is a very important measure after a family trauma like this.

I am SOoo very glad that Deborah was found safe and alive, and will soon be reunited with her family.

I'm very grateful for woot being as caring, and compassionate for/to their employee as they were throughout this entire ordeal, and for the support they had given him.

I'm also thankful for the woot community, and the very caring bunch of folks who are out there. I am very sure that it was because of everyone here in the woot community that kept the heat turned up so much on this guy that made him keep moving around and on the go. To where he was eventually able to be located and picked up by the highway patrol out in Washington state.

So, way to go woot community!

And Kudos to the 2 rookie troopers who were doing their jobs 100%

Thank goodness she has been found! My prayers continue for Deborah and her family that she and they can heal from this and that Deborah is unharmed and safely back in her family's loving arms.

I didn't know about the abduction of Deborah as I just begun following Woot on Twitter a week ago, and missed the post on the website when it happened (sorry for that).

So the first piece of information that I got about the case is that Deborah was found! I'm sorry I couldn't help (at least with my prayers since I'm living in the Dominican Republic), but I also feel good that I got such a good news to begin.

I'm thanking God for this excellent outcome on Deborah's fate, and truly sincerely hope this won't happen to anyone in Woot --ever!

With a happy heart I give thanks too. It was my birthday this weekend & I feel like I got an extra special present too.

Kudos to Woot & all Wooters, this is what the word community really means. We all held our breath, said our prayers, & kept an eye out, no matter where we were (God knows I looked on every teen's face up here in NY).

To dad & the rest of the family: my prayers are with you still, maybe more than ever. Treasure your time together & take heart on your love for each other. Alas, it's not over yet, the difficult recovery is still to come, but it will come. You've been given a rare gift (twice, if you count your girl's birth), nothing else matters.
