supprisingly, i have the wireless g router that looks like this and woorks seamlessly with online gaming. even large games, like 60 player resistance 2

You do if the cable company installed your modem in the closet in your bedroom and your tv/360 are in the family room, unless you want to hook up your laptop every time or run a hundred feet of cable.

Hence why I'm not online with the 360 that I've also only played for about 45 minutes since I bought it in January. I'm hoping to figure out the online part by the time school lets out.

It does support WPA.

I got one of these at a thrift store and it works great. As a PC technician, I had no idea how useful this would be. It's an ethernet bridge, so it doesn't require drivers, but it's USB-powered.

I use mine all the time in tricky situations.
