I just found my original woot account in an old email mailbox and want to use that one instead of my new one that I have my current email tagged to. How do I delete a woot account properly so I can free up this email address and not have a phantom account floating around?

I don't think it's odd at all. With the amount of people who manage to "order by mistake" - imagine the people who would "accidentally" delete their account? And, what if you have purchases on that account? Does your history with woot disappear when you remove your account? Should it? These are all things a human CS rep should be involved in.
