Did anyone else mistake these for cybernetic moon shoes get excited and spill beer on themselves?

Sprinklers are more useful I guess. =(

You still have to move the sprinkler to mow, plus you get wet when you adjust it.

I'll stick with my Watering Made Easy Sprinkler Station.

These are over $10 a piece on Amazon. I have used Nelson sprinklers before and they make good products.

I dunno about that. I did a quick search and found alot of them are made in China.

Be sure that your water pressure is good if planning on daisy chaining these together. Each additional sprinkler on the line will have less pressure then the one before it.

Also these Nelson sprinklers with the weighted base will stay in place pretty well. It'll take an epic amount of wind to move them. I'm in Iowa and we just had an epic amount of wind the other day an my sprinklers didn't move.

or cardboard. maybe they're made from cardboard and will dissolve with the water.

or ice. maybe they're made from ice and will melt.

Better yet, why don't you gripe at the people with insane daily commutes! They're using up all the gasoline reserves when they could just live closer to work instead!

Just out of curiosity...

If I was to set one up for my brother's kids to run and play in and lets say one of them got sprayed in the eye, would it leave a mark or a bruise for their mother to complain about?

The kids are playing in the sprinklers. Therefore it's a warm sunny day.
Therefore the sun's UVA and UVB are high.
Therefore the kids should be wearing sunglasses.
Therefore no problem being sprayed in the eye.

You don't want your brother blaming the kids eventual cataracts on you, do you?
