It’s my third Woot anniversary!
I bought this about six months ago for twice the price. It can be pretty useful, at least until your five year-old gets a hold of it. The warranty doesn’t cover five year-olds.

The sound is better than my Jabra, particularly in my loud car.

Wasn't this on sellout a week or so ago...? Still overpriced and not as great as hyped.

3.6 stars on Buzzillions is decent.

I do a daily woot blog where I talk about the woot, link to CSEs, find reviews, etc. A few people have told me it's useful. Google "useful linkage" and there it is.

It's pretty damn good, though.

How's the battery life on this compared to the Jawbone 1? I feel like my battery lasts maybe an hour on the J1.

This is THEE headset I use and I Love it! the sound quality is so nice and the person you are talking to can actually hear you without you yelling! I have tried other headsets but can't wear them on my ear as they start to irritate them.

10/10 in my book

It was. It was also refurb and $5 more expensive than this one.

I know because I ordered one and it arrived yesterday.

I'm actually pretty pissed off right now.

We sell this in the mobile phone store I work at. The most common problem we see with this is the clip breaking off. It is a good phone, and normally retails at our store for 130.00. If you don't slam it around and take care of it, you shouldn't have any problems with the clip.

Good old Jawbone...now will work great with iPhone 3GS ;)

I read a couple cell phone sites daily. This particular headset gets a lot of reviews to both extremes. It tends to be a 'love it or hate it' item.

One thing I've read is that because of how it is designed to rest against your cheek for the noise cancellation technology, it does not work the same very everyone. Face shapes and sizes make a big difference with the Jawbone design. But whether that means it will or won't work for you - you unfortunately just have to try.

I've never used any Jawbone branded headset myself, so NOT speaking from experience, just passing along what I've read.

I got a bunch of Jawbone headsets in my burrito of chorizo a few weeks ago. Somehow, when I divied them out, I got the only one that didn't work. My friends all the love the Jawbone, though.

Jawbone are definitely cream of the crop in Bluetooth headsets. If you're not a fan of them, then maybe you'd like Jabra. But my experience has told me the Jawbone ones are the way to go. And this price is pretty outstanding.

I think MSRP is around $99.99. Yeah, you may find other internet bargains, but sometimes they come with European adapters and render you unable to charge.

A great bluetooth. Paid $129.99 for one at Best Buy, and never regretted it. Well, now I regret it. Thanks, Woot.

This is not tha great of a price compared to other sites that you can get it on. I also wonder how the comfort is on this. Can you wear it all day easily and comfterably. Amazon has this for 53 bucks. Buy.com for 52 bucks. I dont know about this one

As far as I know this isn't a feature the manufacturer advertises, but hearing-impaired people with certain types of bone-conduction hearing loss rave about this headset.

These were on sellout a while ago

I think the general consensus was noise cancellation works good, built kinda fragile, and might be uncomfortable for some people.

I have been using a j1 for about a year now and really liked it. I just got the j2 and for the life of me I can't figure out why it seems like it can't even match the quality of my j1...dud maybe but it was NIB for sure.
