Bought one of these. After the unit would heat up it would start popping audio and the picture would glitch. Sabrent has no phone number, no email address, or anything else. Repeated attempts to contact them via the form on their website never got me any reply.

I don't know, I got a Pinnacle tuner from the last woot off (for like $30). It does work but, with Windows Media Center I do get Blue Screens. I don't know if it's the drivers or if it's Media Center. I think it's both.

Wondering the same thing. Have a pair of PCTV 800i tuners and they work great. Anyone know if these function pretty much the same? Using MCE2005 to record shows here.

For the tech challenged .. will this work on a mac laptop?
