The Fedex website says my estimated date of delivery is Saturday. Does the type of shipping used by Woot actually deliver on Saturdays?

Fedex does deliver on Saturdays. The only one of the big three that doesn't is UPS.

No updates in over 24 hours - but if it's coming ground, which surely it must, it's a long way from Phoenix to Kansas City... Anyway, maybe it'll get to KC this afternoon and transfer to the truck early tomorrow.

Anybody's tracking info updating? Mine still says the same thing from a couple days ago. I highly doubt it will be delivered on the estimated date. (today)

I hope this really did not happen, or at least there is a reason for it. (needs to be interstate commerce?)

Anyway, it goes from Irving, TX > Yuma, AZ > Phoenix, AZ > Fort Worth, TX

The distance between Ft. Worth & Irving (going down I-30 East) is about 29 miles.

But it says it went from Irving to Yuma in 1 hour, which I am guessing means that it actually shipped from Yuma, but since the package information came from Irving, it thinks the package is there.

No movement on either the Woot website or FedEx tracking for my monitor. Is this normal or is there a problem? I am a little nervous since others have been shipped.

it hasnt given me a tracking number yet... hopefully they ship it soon cause its already been 4 days, coming up on five.

Mine hasn't shipped yet - live in NJ and it seems to take about 2 weeks from the time I order to get anything from woot - oh well, as long as it arrives in good condition I'll be okay with the normal Woot delayed shipping to my house.

That's awesome...my monitor has traveled farther and longer than I have in at least 2 years.

I expect it to arrive with stamps all over it like in the cartoons.

Got mine Wednesday. Well, the FedEx guy knocked and I didn't wake up fast enough to catch him. So I got it Thursday(yesterday).

I hooked it up to my Compaq computer with a DVI-HDMI converter, and it worked great...
Till i played a video in mediacenter. Computer just flat turned off.
watching the films? didn't happen with my Samsung 20in LCD... and that display is literally the only thing i changed.
Back to troubleshooting I guess.

wow mine just got shipped today! my bro ordered something from newegg on the 25th and it came yesterday already... but i guess u cant expect newegg like service everywhere. is woot always like this with shipping? im scared to ask how long their RMA would take incase this refub monitor doesnt work out.

Sheesh, mine hasn't shipped yet either. This is the longest woot's ever taken to ship something to me.

Mine has also not shipped yet. Now I can't show up at school with a badass new monitor... oh well, the 46" HDTV (from 2001, granted) I got on craigslist is a good enough substitute for now. Even if S-Video is the best it can do (short of an HDMI to component converter, but those cost more than I got the TV for).

Mine shipped Monday evening and was originally supposed to get here today (Friday), but then Fedex bumped it back to tomorrow. After going to Yuma, and then Phoenix, I haven't heard from Fedex in terms of where it is currently, it's just been shown that it left Phoenix and is "on time" to reach here by tomorrow. Just wish it'd get here already.

if you THINK yours has not shipped, check the track by reference option in the fedex track drop-down menu that i mentioned previously.
(i still have not received shipping info from woot, but i was able to track mine on monday)

guy whose computer does not work, might be your video card / power supply / desktop resolution. really need more details. try posting more info on a tech forum.

I've been able to track mine since Monday, as well, but there's nothing there by way of status except for 'Shipment information sent to FedEx.' Up until about 6PM yesterday, it was saying the estimated delivery date was 8/27, then it just vanished. :P

Hope it at least updates with a real timeframe...

I've had Woots that arrived in a couple of days, and others that took several weeks. This isn't uncommon, although I wouldn't say it' the norm.

Mine hasn't even left yet. Whack.

i did what other people were saying about tracking by reference. Mine is scheduled to be delivered tomorrow(aug 29) but woot has not given a tracking number for it.

No movement on Woot. FedEx has said "Shipment information sent to FedEx" for days. It had an original estimated delivery date of 8/27 but that changed to nothing yesterday evening.

It's been 5 business days. I don't mind waiting but I would like to know I haven't been ripped off.

Mine got to Pa today so hopefully I will receive it tomorrow.

it is pretty awesome
bigger than imagined and fully assembled
(the base was compressed and held by a thick zip tie) be careful when you cut it off. the base can spring out semi-violently when it is released from the zip tie.

hdmi cord is nice, but no dvi cord or dvi/hdmi converter, so make sure you have one lying around if you don't have hdmi on your video card.

i did not see any manual/software, but there is a (small) assembly guide that has some details.

more thorough review after i have a chance to play with it more.
