Late 2009: Purchase headset from woot
Weeks later: Recieve headset, send in rebate with care
6 Months later: "Hey, wasn't I supposed to get 20 bucks?"
Dig around these forums, find my status at rebatehq.com as valid, "please wait 30 days".
That was 6 months ago.
Call (888)709-7079 and press 1, 3, 0 as per a poster's instructions, talk to a rep. Change my address and get forwarded to the actual "Samsung Mobile" card help line with a tracking number I never recieved via email/post.
Try hitting 0 at different menus until i'm forwarded. Talk to guy, get replacement card mailed.
We'll see what happens in the next 7/10 business days.
