Received all 3 rebates, used one for food, one for gas and easy peasy. Headsets are all working great as well.

i receieved 2 out of 3 rebate cards all 3 were valid, but my third one still hasnt come. its been a week since i got my first 2.

I submitted my rebate and it was received by them on 11/25. It said it should ship in 30 days, and it's now been 60. No response by the customer support people. FRUSTRATING! I would not have bought this item if i knew i would not get the rebate.

submitted my rebate forms immediately. Rebate Track Center states all 3 were approved in late November 2009, with 30 days required for processing. I still have not received mine in the mail. What is going on here?

I just called the "prepaid card center for further assistance at 1-877-860-0022," whose number was in the email response to my initial inquiry. I was nice to the customer service rep. even though the phone call was shady. He said they are canceling the cards that supposedly were sent and I should receive the three new ones in 7-10 days. I'm not holding my breath.

I did the same last week. They told me 7-10 days and they arrived yesterday. Faith restored!

I just called them up. They said my card was used and it's balance is 0. I never received it in the first place. Now I have to file a fraud claim and fill out a form and get it notarized. What a pain in the butt. I hope woot can make good on it rather then me having to deal with this lousy rebate center anymore.

On a side note: Why don't they have some sort of activation process for these cards so they can't just simply be lifted from the mail and used?

Late 2009: Purchase headset from woot

Weeks later: Recieve headset, send in rebate with care

6 Months later: "Hey, wasn't I supposed to get 20 bucks?"

Dig around these forums, find my status at rebatehq.com as valid, "please wait 30 days".

That was 6 months ago.

Call (888)709-7079 and press 1, 3, 0 as per a poster's instructions, talk to a rep. Change my address and get forwarded to the actual "Samsung Mobile" card help line with a tracking number I never recieved via email/post.

Try hitting 0 at different menus until i'm forwarded. Talk to guy, get replacement card mailed.

We'll see what happens in the next 7/10 business days.

I submitted my rebate forms late also, & I just received all 3 of my $20 cards yesterday. Amazing. Glad I went ahead & sent them in late, even though I didn't think I had much chance of getting the rebate.

FedEx SmartPost, because we're not satisfied until you're not satisfied.

People on this blog and another forum about slick deals were quite helpful. Woot, however, was not at all not helpful. Woot sold the rebate coupon (the coupon is listed right there on the invoice) but did nothing to make sure that it worked as advertised, to make sure that reasonable customer expectations were met.



I suspect you HAVE TO CALL THEM in order to get your rebate. It's probably in their company policy not to send out any rebates until pressured to do so. I finally called them today after about 4 months went by and they said it was shipped it today (I'll believe that when I see it).
