Interesting. I have the "wired" version where all the handsets have to be plugged into the main unit. The main unit plugs into your TV. This is actually not bad. If you have a bunch of friends it's cool but the AI (at least on my apparent older version) kind of leaps into the vacuum.

Bought this for my wifes dad, he will like it .. he loves Texas hold'em .. but it's hard for him to play with regular cards now. He had a stroke about a 2 years ago, and is paralyzed on his left side and now in a wheel chair. Good Christmas gift!

Bought the wired version a while back. Works well, but it is not for a night of poker and drinking... Have a few drinks then just TRY to step over the other 3 guys' controller wires. Talk about mucking a hand.

And I am one of those people who give batteries with the gift so someone can use it, maybe not this one 22 seems steep.

thats true but it wont buy 4 friends and a card table. not to mention portable. but it is still just something to blow money on.or give to someone who don't need anything.
