They'll send you an email saying it has shipped and when you click on the order number on your account page it will go to a page where you can view reciept and there will be a on my toe it with tracking number. Most the time you'll find out day of or day before it arrives that it has shipped... some people get the package before they get their tracking numbers... don't worry too much yet. 5 business days before they give you a tracking number is normal.

With all the money they make every day, they should be able to hire more people to take care of this. I am usually happy with w00t. I almost hope I don't get this item....i didn't realize I can't plug it into my computer. I suppose I technically CAN, with an adapter....but I was so impulse driven to buy that I did not read the info first. I don't even play console games.....whatever....I just want to see an item shipped (i paid already...)

I have to admit I'm a bit suprised they havn't been recieved yet either. I ordered a set as well. Hmm I really hope they at least SHIP by tomorrow.

This was my first woot, I guess I had my expectations a little high on the turn around. *shrug* At least I know now, to expect a week or more wait to recieve my product.

lesson learned =) I just hope the speakers are woorth it.....

Any idea of when these ship? I'm a bit puzzled how people who bought the subwoofers (on 12/03) have already received their orders while people ordering this speaker set on 12/01 don't even have tracking information yet.

This is my first Woot and I'm a little concerned about the shipping. However, I do realize that it was just last Thursday and there were literally thousands of orders. I have seen mentioned in other posts that sometimes items come before you even get a tracking number. Is this really the norm?

To be fairer, it's the fourth business day. Dec 1st doesn't count. The sale day doesn't count because orders "can" be placed till midnight, Dec. 2nd.

I've got to disagree here.
The sale went through Wed night (AKA Thursday Morning). So business days count as follows:
THURSDAY
FRIDAY
MONDAY
TUESDAY
WEDNESDAY
It is now thursday again, for many of us, more then 168 hours (one REAL week, aka 5 business days) since we placed the order.
The LAST order was at 8:17 CST aka over 160 hours ago.

In about 7 hours we will be starting the SIXTH business day since this woot went live.
This kind of delay really is inexcusable.

Just because you can not see something, does not mean it is there.

I've heard nothing yet. No tracking or shipping email. It's not unusual for me not to have received the email in the past, but it's not even showing up on my account details yet. The order is, but not the tracking info.

My problem is that this was the 12/01 woot. So not a single 12/02 woot should ship until all of these 12/01 woots have left the warehouse or at least have been processed so that they are in line to leave.

Most businesses count the day of an order as the 1st business day as long as the order is in the system during NORMAL business hours. I placed my order on the 1st of December, my credit card was billed on the 1st of December, so does that mean they billed me on the -1st business day?

Having to wait 7 days has made me WEAK.

Although a free "Beverage of Choice" might ease my pain!

You will be receiving tracking information on the Monster Speakers today. There was a delay in us getting the shipment from Monster as it was coming from the west coast and had to be re-routed around some wonderful wintery out there earlier this week. They would have been shipped out of our warehouse yesterday but we had to send service and warehouse crews home early yesterday due to icy conditions here in Dallas. (yes, in Dallas a little bit of ice shuts down everything)

I guess for Dallas, it is a big deal. Here in Grand Forks, ND it's snowy/icy 5 months out of the year!! (ok, not really but close!) I work for FedEx and we have normal operations every day, rain, snow, sleet, maybe not hail...i know what it's like to ship in bad weather. C'mon guys! Chins up and lets get these puppies shipped!

Well, if they'd given an explanation about the delays (even just a post as BigD did above) at the time the delays became apparent to them I wouldn't have quite as big of a problem with this as I do currently. And I'm not counting minutes here, I'm counting hours and days. And we're currently 3 hours from it having been a week since this was ordered. And I still don't have ANY kind of tracking info. However, BigD's post, due to the extreme lateness of it, seem little more then an excuse...

Colour me dissappointed.
