| So, I have found 2 jobs at NIH I can apply for. Unfortunately, I have no experience with HIV or AIDS, but I do know about the immune response to pathogens, so I can write a decent application to that one. the other application requirements are VERY general in nature, although the job itself appears to have duties for which I have no experience, but they are not asking for that experience. I suspec this job may have been difficult to fill. |

Are the words "official scapegoat" in the job description?

AZG, one more thing...maybe you can or cannot answer...this isn't as bad as the last question. Atleast, a bit more intelligent.
I am picking up 2 font CDs today.
On a PC, do you know how many fonts can be stored in the font folder in the Windows folder without having performance problems?
When I used to work on a Mac, in the past, they use to use a utility program called Suitcase or ATM to help manage fonts.
I am going to be doing a direct dump into the font folder.

I shouldn't think there would be any restriction and I doubt it would affect performance to any noticeable degree, especially on a relatively new 'puter.

In my experience, those font suppliers usually have their own install program, because in Windows, the fonts have to be in the registry. You do have a limit, at least it tells you that you have one, but it seems to ignore that limit.
I just did this in installation of Corel Draw on my newer computer. |

sounds like a better answer than mine!

Why are you guys apologizing for a joke that everyone else got?
If one person thinks it isn't funny, who cares?
Why do we give a damn?
Why should we curb our joy to accommodate someone who would absolutely not do the same in return?

Never cruel?
I see.
So the emasculating posts about mnementh and posting that you find M.Wiseman to be a generally untrustworthy person, etc. was a joke then? None of that was cruel? Maybe not: Rude as hell though. No apologies?
Please.
Seek therapy.
None of this started out about you, but everything seems to need to revolve around you in the end.

And having pointed out that Empress has no clothes, I'm done speaking about her, it, or any related items in open forums. Anyone who wants to argue with me can PM.
I won't respond to further messages from killing time.
