i have one. It works great, i use it in the car. Files in via explorer, don't need itunes. Has a useable fm radio and a voice recorder too.
cons..only a gig if it matters..and unlike the newer sansas doesn't have a media card slot.
but for 10 plus shiping it has worked for me.

I bought one of these for my grand-daughter a couple of wootoffs ago, and the thing is great, very sturdy for a kid. She still uses it!

Might not be bad as a beater for a daily run or exercise, as well.

I bought one last time they were up and it's great. Its tiny and so easy to take along. I just bought two more and figured they would make great gifts for my son's school gift exchange.

The description says AM/FM player - but the features only list FM presets...does this have AM capability as well?

I got 2. These beat the crummy RCA players I bought last month. Great for walking the dog. He gets the RCAs.

At least on mine, no AM. Maybe some are magical and come with the AM.

Bought one of those Camp Rock mp3 players from the last WO, what a piece of carp! My daughter is not happy with it at all. This could appease her when found in a stocking. In for 1

I was born and raised in Grand Rapids lived there until I joined the Military

These are great little players. I got two last year and wish I had bought 3. They are worth the money and work great for a little player.

I bought one of these from Woot in June and have had no problems with it.....mine's a refurb, too.

Super easy to operate and download music for it.

GOOD LUCK. I bought 2 of these and regret it! The earbuds don't work unless you have it in just right, requires monkeying around. Difficult to move from one application to another. Don't go there my friend.

It's no ipod... but this is a great little MP3 player.

I use one as a backup MP3 player for use if my ipod isn't handy or if I need an FM tuner. The interface is workable, but it makes you love your ipod more than ever. :-)

I sync to it using iTunes on my mac, and this handy applescript:

The battery life is amazing.

Yes I've had one for about 2 years now and recording lectures couldn't be any easier, had the professor wear it once!

I have a toddler who loves her music and loves to wear headphones.. This type of thing is perfect for little hands.. only 4 buttons and if it breaks.. (probably because it was shoved in a can of peanut butter or something) for this great price it'll have been worth the fun.

LOL, sorry! Would it help for me to say that I've only ever gotten 2 and my first one really WAS carp?? LOL....it was more fun opening the box than anything I actually got in it. My 2nd one made up for it though with all the sansas and an awesome digital frame as the big items.
