No. Refrigerators have compressors that switch on and off. The vibrations aren't a big deal for wines you are planning to consume in the next few weeks, but they aren't good at all for wines you plan to keep for several years.

If I wasn't already using a mini-freezer as a humidor, I would consider buying this. Just add a humidification device, a hygrometer, and voilá, storage for hundreds of cigars.

Obviously, with all the reports of condensation, I'd be hesitant to use the cooling function.
