I love mine! The price seems high though.
Mine is currently in iPod mode as I can't afford the data plan on the phone. ATT requires the data plan if you use the phone, so I pulled my SIM and stuck it in a cheapo Go-phone.

they had these on sellout a while back, i believe the consensus was that they are not unlocked, just without a contract. meaning you are paying full price for a refurb when you could get the discount for a new when you buy the contract to go with it
